Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.Â

Advance Reservations in this property for a future year more than 51 weeks in advance are allowed. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Once we've received 2026 rates, reserve any available 2026 week now and pay 25% within 3 days, 25% by November 1 and the remainder 60 days prior to arrival.Â
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Family came together for a wonderful, wonderful Thanksgiving celebration. We came from Baltimore, Bowie, Harford County, Maryland. Some came from Easily, South Carolina. The house was so eloquently finished that it truly was a beautiful vacation. The neighbors that we had on both sides of this home were open and friendly. This was our third time coming to this area for Thanksgiving week. This was by far the best location we have been to since coming to the area! Kudos to you, Rob and Jill for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful, all equipped home with all the amenities one could ever need. We would definitely stay here again. 6 Families – Govans, Bupperts, Wagness, Peapers, Wills, Stransbury: 11 adults, 10 kids (ages 9 and under). We loved your amazing home and made wonderful memories this week.
