"Carolina Dream" is RIGHT ON THE BEACH and has excellent views from inside this home as well as from the wrap around porch with hammock, screened porch and the covered deck. Located at Mile Post 3.
Ground Level: parking for 3 cars and an enclosed outside shower.
Top Level: Great Room with TV/DVD, kitchen and dining area seating 8 and access to the oceanfront deck with picnic table and direct beach access as well as the screened porch. Queen Bedroom with TV and attached half bathroom, Queen Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a full hall bathroom.
Extras: 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, screened porch, FREE long distance calling within the US, high-speed wireless internet, foot wash, 3 ceiling fans, parking for 3 vehicles, washer/dryer and an enclosed outside shower. No Smoking. NO PETS. Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15. Distance to Beach: Oceanfront. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Sets. House Address: 4325 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.
Linens and Towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.
This property does NOT provide beach chairs.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This property was great, and right on the beach. It was has a great deck to just sit and watch the ocean. I would not plan on using the hammock it is in bad shape. Beds were really comfy and the wifi was great. We would rent this place again for sure!!

We had so much fun at this house! My 8 yr old loved going straight down the steps and finding cool shells and some crabs..kitchen had everything you could ever need. Beds were super comfy and the rooms were nice! The view was AMAZING!! The only thing was I chose this house because its so hard to find a rental you can actually smoke in and I hated to see that change..Definitely would rent again!

KH55 Carolina Dream was the perfect beach house for our family. We have two children (5 and 19mos) and this house provided a safe environment for our toddler. Being on the beach made it very easy to transport kids and items to the beach with no trouble. If you have kids, this is the ideal beach house for a small family.

This property is very convenient to area shops, church etc. The property needs some minor updates, but nothing that would impede anyones vacation stay. Love the ocean view and sitting on the porch watching the dolphins in the early morning.

Ordinary property, but we enjoyed ourselves so very much. If you want luxury and fancy, look elsewhere. But if you just want to breathe easy and enjoy rented sandy beach in a quiet place with a vodka screwdriver watching a sunrise, you found your place. But do not rent it next year when we want it back AGAIN!! Again, very ordinary, but I rent the beach experience, not the fancy house!!

I absolutely LOVE this house. It is right on the beach, has so much natural light throughout the kitchen and living area. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. If you are just looking to get away and relax this is a fantastic place to do it! Will definitely be renting again.
