Inside you'll find a Recroom with 40" LCD TV/Blu-Ray DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, stereo, pool table, ping pong table top and wet bar with full fridge, ice maker and microwave. Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single, full hall bath and laundry with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV that shares a full bath with a King Bedroom with LCD TV and deck access, and 2 King Master Bedrooms with TVs, deck access and whirlpool tub. Hot tub is on the deck.
Top Level: Great room with LCD TV/Blu-Ray DVD, stereo, gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with 2 ovens and counter seating 7, dining room seating 10, sun room with small table and chairs, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with LCD TV, gas fireplace and private bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower, and double vanity/sinks. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This is the 3rd time I am trying to submit a review. The location was great and views from 3rd floor were wonderful. I was concerned about the public walkway next to the house but it was great for us. It did not bother anyone with people walking by. The house needs some TLC. New paint, deck furniture is old dirty white plastic, decking is old and splintery. House needs a good cleaning. New mattresses would be great also. Overall we had a great time. What interaction I had with Brindley Beach was great.

The ocean views from Cutty Sark were spectacular. We loved having deck access to the ocean views, sounds, and smells from the bedrooms! The floor plan of the home was perfect for family gatherings while providing privacy as well! Loved having two ice makers for guest convenience. This was our first experience with Brindley Beach and we could not have been happier with the ease of reservation, seamless check in process and responsiveness to our questions or needs. We will definitely choose Brindley Beach again for our family vacation needs!
