Enjoy a book on the fourth-level Ship’s Watch reading loft and nook as you gaze out over the dunes and ocean. The spacious top-level King Master Bedroom with Smart TV, new mattress, private master bathroom, and direct deck access offers large oceanside windows to make you feel like you’re top the waves. Powder room sits between the mid and top levels.

Outside: Just outside your back door is a fully gated private pool and patio area where you can cool off in the water or relax in the brand new chaise lounge chairs, cook out and eat poolside with the oversized gas grill and the patio dining set, or challenge another team for superiority with custom cornhole boards. On either side of the pool area are 6+ foot high privacy fences separating you from the neighbors. Also in the patio area are an outdoor shower and foot wash as well as exterior stairs for direct access to the hot tub on the second-level deck.

This property has a camera in the carport facing away from the home. 

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
