Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This property does NOT offer beach chairs.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This is the property to rent! My family was so happy we didnt want to leave. The elevator worked great for my parents as they are not able to walk too many stairs. The condition and cleanliness of this house was outstanding. We loved the location as well. The walkway to the beach was a pubic access to the beach but there was not a lot of traffic. It was like it was our own. There is access from the house through a gate by the pool. Again, because of it not having a lot of steps, my parents were able to sit at the benches at the top of the walkway. The size of the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. We had a tropical depression move in and couldnt go out while we were there and no one felt crowded and still found their own space. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful. I would recommend getting it heated if renting in May. It was cool in the evenings and it allowed us to swim at night. The Brindley Beach staff was wonderful to work with and they made the process so easy. Our family have been coming down to the outer banks for many years and this was the best house and company to work with. Over all I cannot say enough about this rental company and this house. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we talk to and we will definitely book with them again. Thank you for a fantastic week.
